Coaching: Personal and Professional

Most of the time, coaching is a one-on-one process that helps individuals achieve their development goals through guidance, support, and accountability. These coaching sessions involves working with us to identify and achieve specific personal and professional goals. The coaching sessions can take place in various format, example, face to face or online sessions. The primary objectives is to enhance the coachee personal growth, improve skills (leadership, mental preparation, communication, interpersonal, etc) and to facilitate positive changes in coachee’s life. As Coach, we will help you to clarify your vision, have strategies to achieve your goals, overcome obstacles, and develop actionable plans to achieve your desired outcomes.

Training and Development: Personal and Professional

We, as Trainers will help you acquire or improve the knowledge, attitude, skills or habits (capabilities) that you will need to succeed at your chosen profession. These are besides your academic qualifications. Years ago, these are called ‘soft skills’. Now they are ‘Organisational Development (OD) skills’. These training skills will enhance your performance in current roles and prepare you for future opportunities within your organization. These OD skills are for example, Leadership skills (OMM and SLII), Presentation skills (ANSVA), Problem Solving skills (Kepner Tregoe), Interpersonal and communication skills (Managing Your Boss, Your work, Your Company), Teambuilding skills, NLP Influencing skills, etc.

Life Coach

Our services go beyond your day to day, We are your Life Coach. As a wellness professional we help individuals achieve personal and professional goals by providing the necessary skills, guidance, support, and accountability. Our role is to work with you to help you to clarify what you need (vs what you want), to clarify your goals, identify the challenges and obstacles, and develop actionable plans to overcome the challenges. Our focus will be on the various aspects of your personal and professional life, including your interpersonal relationship, your career, health and overall wellbeing. We do not treat mental health. But, we will provide the support for growth and development.
